Survivors’ Training is proud to partner with Exercise is Medicine, a joint endeavor between the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Medical Association to make regular physical activity a standard part of disease prevention and medical treatment in the United States. We join them in their call to make a exercise a vital sign in every patient visit in all healthcare settings.

New Study Links Weight Gain After Breast Cancer Diagnosis to Poor Outcomes

A study presented today at the annual meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research found strong evidence that weight gained after a breast cancer diagnosis increases the risk of dying from the disease. Read more here.
